Key responsibilities
- Prepare structured minutes of executive and leadership meetings and circulate them within agreed timelines
- Maintain and update executive action trackers so departments follow up on time
- Draft professional correspondence to banks, financial institutions and external stakeholders
- Manage confidential legal and corporate documentation, including agreements, contracts and official records
- Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems
- Coordinate communication between the Managing Directors and departmental heads
- Manage executive calendars and meeting schedules, and prepare documents for meetings
- Keep accurate records and apply proper documentation control standards
Job requirements
- 3 to 5 years’ minimum experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role
- Excellent written and spoken English and Sinhala
- Proven experience drafting professional business correspondence
- Strong skills in taking and summarising meeting minutes
- Experience handling confidential corporate documentation
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Professional demeanour and the ability to coordinate across all levels of the organisation
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is an added advantage
