Role Overview

CDB is looking for a proactive and results-driven DevOps Engineer to optimize, automate, and scale their systems. The selected candidate will drive process improvements, ensure system reliability, and collaborate across teams to deliver seamless, high-performing applications. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment across CDB’s systems
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of critical financial applications
• Manage cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure seamless, reliable software releases
• Troubleshoot system issues and continuously optimize performance
• Ensure security, backup, and disaster recovery processes are robust and up-to-date

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in DevOps, System Administration, or related roles
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker)
• Basic knowledge of orchestration tools (Kubernetes)
• Experience with scripting (Bash, Python)
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of networking and security basics

Added Advantage

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Knowledge of logging tools (ELK Stack)
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Exposure to MLOps environments
