Responsibilities

Update the internal system every day within the scheduled time
Update and sort Proof of Delivery (POD) records on time
Follow up on billing gaps, find the causes and email the people involved
Follow up with customers and keep files, working with internal and external teams
Support invoice generation
Make sure packages are scanned properly and can be traced
Help with other duties the supervisor assigns

Candidate profile

A minimum of 3 passes at GCE Advanced Level
Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in a courier company or last-mile delivery is an added advantage
School leavers are encouraged to apply
