Role Overview

Sumathi Holdings is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join its Operations Department as a Data Entry Operator & Coordinator (Branch Operations). The ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with branch and zonal operations teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

Enter Equipment Material Requests (EMRs) into the ERP system
Coordinate and follow up on CAPEX requests for branches and the Operations Department
Maintain Zone-wise Fixed Asset Registers
Coordinate with Outlet Managers and Zonal Managers on operational requirements
Prepare and maintain operational reports
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entered into the ERP system

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level examination
Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field will be an added advantage
Prior experience in data entry, ERP systems, or operational coordination will be an added advantage
Good computer literacy with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment
Good command of English (written and spoken)
