Role Overview

Platinum Immigration Solutions is actively seeking experienced Client Relations Executives to join their Colombo 03 team. This is a high-value client-facing role that requires professional communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to guide clients through their immigration journey with confidence and care.

Location: No. 6/2, Unity Place, Colombo 03
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: LKR 75,000 – 150,000 per month (plus performance-based monthly commission)

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing immigration clients
  • Conduct initial client consultations to assess immigration eligibility, goals, and preferred pathways
  • Explain available immigration programmes, visa categories, and documentation requirements clearly and professionally
  • Guide clients through the end-to-end application process — from initial inquiry to visa lodgement
  • Handle client follow-ups, progress updates, and respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate client records, case notes, and CRM data
  • Achieve individual client conversion and revenue targets
  • Coordinate with the immigration processing team for case management and documentation
  • Build long-term client relationships and generate referral business

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in customer care, call centre, or the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and written skills in English — this is a non-negotiable requirement
  • Presentable personality with strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple client cases simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in a client-facing role
  • Experience in immigration, travel, financial services, or professional services is an advantage

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: LKR 75,000 – LKR 150,000 per month based on experience and performance
  • Performance-based monthly commission on top of base salary
