Job Overview

IBE is expanding and looking for passionate individuals to join their team as Cambridge English Teachers on a full-time basis. Both experienced teachers and enthusiastic freshers or school leavers are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate English lessons aligned with the Cambridge English curriculum (YLE, KET, PET, and other levels).
• Prepare students effectively for Cambridge English examinations through structured teaching and targeted practice.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents.
• Create and adapt teaching materials, exercises, and resources to support diverse learning needs.
• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and contribute to the institute’s continuous improvement efforts.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and any areas requiring additional support.
• Uphold the professional standards and values of IBE and the British Council framework.
