Job Overview

Multilac is expanding its customer support operations and is now hiring Call Centre Executives for their Kollupitiya office. As a Call Centre Executive, you will be the voice of the company — handling customer enquiries, resolving issues, and delivering an outstanding customer experience over the phone. Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply. The application deadline is 17 June 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally, representing the Multilac brand with clarity and confidence.
  • Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, services, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently by identifying problems and providing appropriate solutions or escalating as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, queries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of their concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address complex customer issues that require cross-functional support.
  • Meet individual and team targets for call quality, response times, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive call centre environment at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Male applicants: Must speak Sinhala or Tamil fluently.
  • Female applicants: Must speak Tamil fluently.
  • Basic English communication skills will be an advantage.
  • Previous call centre or customer service experience is a plus, but fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Pleasant telephone manner and a professional attitude.
