About the Company

Euro Motors is a Sri Lankan automotive company covering vehicle sales, after-sales service, spare parts, and paint and body repair. It is building its Colombo call center team and is recruiting Call Center Executives. The executives will be the first point of contact for customers phoning about vehicles, service bookings and complaints.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Answer customer inquiries with accurate information.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Record and update customer information in the system.
• Follow up on customer requests, service appointments and complaints.
• Meet assigned performance and service targets.

Requirements

• G.C.E. A/L or equivalent.
• Previous call center or customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Sinhala and English. Tamil is an added advantage.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customers professionally.
