Job Role: Business Development Officer / Executive

The Business Development Officer / Executive will be a key driver of DFCC Bank’s business growth agenda, focusing on acquiring new customers, building strong client relationships, and promoting the bank’s wide range of financial products and services. This is a dynamic, target-driven role suited to energetic, ambitious, and customer-focused professionals who want to be part of a growing and award-winning banking institution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, acquire, and onboard new customers for DFCC Bank’s products and services
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business development goals
  • Promote and cross-sell the bank’s deposit, lending, and other financial products
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and customer needs
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly and professionally
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and activity updates to management
  • Represent DFCC Bank professionally at all customer and public interactions

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-oriented professional
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior experience in sales, banking, or financial services is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of banking products and financial services
  • Professional appearance and excellent customer-facing demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
