You Should Ideally

  • Possess 2 years of experience in the field of commercial banking; experience in branch operations and credit knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Have a fair knowledge of the products and services offered by the Bank.
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have a flair for excellent customer service.

You Will Be Mainly Responsible For

  • All the operational activities at the branch whilst providing exceptional customer service and complying with the policies and guidelines set by the Bank and regulators.

Wattala Branch, Sri Lanka.
