Role Overview

Jefaalady Management (Pvt) Ltd is hiring an Admin Assistant & Stock Management professional. The company is looking for a motivated and organized female candidate (Age 30 and above) from Matara or surrounding areas to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative and office coordination tasks
  • Manage stock receiving, issuing, and inventory records
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
  • Ensure smooth daily operations
  • Prepare basic reports and maintain filing systems
  • Assist with purchase orders and stock-related documentation
  • Ensure office records are updated and well organized

Requirements

  • Female candidate, 30 years and above
  • Residing in Matara or nearby areas
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, emails)
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good time management and problem-solving skills
  • Responsible, trustworthy, and well organized
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Previous experience in administration, stock management, or a similar role will be an added advantage
