Role Overview
Jefaalady Management (Pvt) Ltd is hiring an Admin Assistant & Stock Management professional. The company is looking for a motivated and organized female candidate (Age 30 and above) from Matara or surrounding areas to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle administrative and office coordination tasks
- Manage stock receiving, issuing, and inventory records
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
- Ensure smooth daily operations
- Prepare basic reports and maintain filing systems
- Assist with purchase orders and stock-related documentation
- Ensure office records are updated and well organized
Requirements
- Female candidate, 30 years and above
- Residing in Matara or nearby areas
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, emails)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and problem-solving skills
- Responsible, trustworthy, and well organized
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Previous experience in administration, stock management, or a similar role will be an added advantage
