Managed under the Human Resources division and with a professional management team, the company maintains strong financial controls and operational processes. They are looking to strengthen their accounts team with a motivated individual who can contribute to accurate financial record-keeping and support the overall finance function.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounts and financial records
• Process and record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions
• Prepare basic financial documents including vouchers, receipts, and payment records
• Assist in monthly reconciliations and closing activities
• Maintain organized filing of financial documents and reports
• Support senior accountants with general finance duties as required
• Coordinate with internal departments on financial matters

Requirements

• GCE A/L (Upper Level) with Commerce subjects — mandatory
• AAT Part Qualified is an additional qualification and is highly welcomed
• Age between 18 – 35 years
• Basic computer literacy, especially MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills in Sinhala; English proficiency is an added advantage
