Role Overview

MAC Automation Solution (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join their team in Kadawatha. This vacancy is open to both trainees and non-trainees, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates at varying stages of their accounting career. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting books
• Prepare invoices and manage payment processes
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing procedures
• Handle other accounting-related tasks as assigned by management
• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in all financial documentation
• Assist in bank reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable management
• Maintain organized filing of all financial documents and supporting records

Requirements

• Completed G.C.E. A/L (Commerce stream preferred)
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing company
• Open to both trainees and non-trainees

Remuneration

Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
