Based at No. 93, Gallage Mawatha, Mirihana, Nugegoda, SKYHIGH Engineering operates in a dynamic and professional environment and is now urgently seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. This is an immediate vacancy — suitable candidates should apply without delay.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger entries
• Process and verify invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time
• Assist in the preparation of management accounts and audit schedules
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records
• Operate accounting software packages and MS Office tools for financial reporting
• Support the finance team in tax preparation and dealings with regulatory bodies
• Work effectively with minimum supervision and meet deadlines consistently

Requirements

• Male candidate, age below 30 years
• Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting/Finance (ACCA, CIMA, CA — partly or fully qualified preferred)
• Strong communication skills in Sinhala and English — both written and verbal
• Knowledge of MS Office and Accounting Packages
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
