Job Role: Account Clerk

As an Account Clerk at Mihila International, you will provide vital support to senior accountants and assist in managing the company’s day-to-day financial operations. This is a perfect opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented individual looking to grow their skills in a dynamic international business environment. Fresh graduates with a passion for finance and accounting are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior accountants in managing day-to-day financial operations
• Maintain accurate financial records and data entry in accounting systems
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner
• Assist in bank reconciliations and financial reporting tasks
• Support the preparation of monthly and periodic financial statements
• File and organize financial documents and records systematically
• Respond to finance-related queries from internal departments and external parties
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information

What We Are Looking For

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or AAT qualification from a recognized institution
• 0–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Basic knowledge of accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks is an added advantage
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English
• A team player with a willingness to learn and grow
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
