Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons aligned with the local curriculum requirements
• Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that supports every student’s development
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress through regular evaluations and constructive feedback
• Prepare and maintain accurate lesson plans, student records, and academic documentation
• Support students’ holistic development beyond academics through extracurricular activities and school events
• Collaborate professionally with fellow teachers, academic coordinators, and school management
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings, professional development programmes, and school improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Education or the relevant subject area is required
• A Master’s degree in Education or a related field from a UGC-recognized university will be an added advantage
• The candidate must possess a high level of verbal and written communication skills in English
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the local curriculum
• Professional teaching experience in the relevant field will add significant value
