1. Teacher of Chemistry – Secondary Section
CIS is seeking a qualified and experienced Chemistry teacher for the Secondary Section. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Chemistry instruction in line with the Edexcel (UK) IGCSE and International Advanced Level syllabus.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons aligned with the Edexcel (UK) IGCSE and International Advanced Level curriculum.
- Design and conduct laboratory experiments, ensuring safety protocols are maintained at all times.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examination preparation.
- Provide individualised feedback and academic support to students requiring additional guidance.
- Collaborate with the Science Department to develop curriculum materials and enrichment activities.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and professional development programmes.
Requirements
- Graduate with appropriate professional competence to teach Edexcel (UK) IGCSE and International Advanced Level Chemistry.
- Proven experience teaching Chemistry at secondary level, preferably under the Edexcel curriculum.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2. Teacher of Geography – Secondary Section
CIS invites applications from qualified Geography graduates to join the Secondary Section teaching team. The role requires expertise in delivering the Edexcel (UK) curriculum from Year 7 through to IGCSE and International Advanced Level.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive Geography lessons covering the Edexcel (UK) syllabus from Year 7 to IGCSE and International Advanced Level.
- Incorporate fieldwork, case studies, and current global issues into lessons to enrich student learning.
- Prepare students for internal assessments and public examinations, providing structured revision support.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate outcomes effectively with parents and management.
- Stay current with developments in the Edexcel Geography syllabus and examination requirements.
Requirements
- Graduate in Geography with appropriate professional competence to teach the Edexcel (UK) syllabus from Year 7 to IGCSE and International Advanced Level.
- Demonstrated ability to engage students through innovative and interactive teaching methods.
- Excellent command of English language both in written and spoken form.
3. Teacher of Physics – Secondary Section
CIS is looking for a highly motivated and qualified Physics teacher to join its growing Secondary Section faculty. The candidate will teach Edexcel (UK) IGCSE and International Advanced Level Physics.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and teach Physics lessons in accordance with the Edexcel (UK) IGCSE and International Advanced Level syllabus.
- Design and lead practical laboratory sessions, ensuring full compliance with health and safety guidelines.
- Track and monitor student progress, providing targeted intervention and examination support.
- Collaborate closely with the Science Department on curriculum planning and enhancement initiatives.
- Engage parents and guardians in the academic progress of their children through regular communication.
Requirements
- Graduate with appropriate professional competence to teach Edexcel (UK) IGCSE and International Advanced Level Physics.
- Previous teaching experience at secondary level under an international curriculum is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
