McLarens is now offering an exciting HR Internship opportunity for a motivated individual currently pursuing a degree or professional qualification in Human Resources. This internship provides comprehensive hands-on exposure to day-to-day HR functions within a large and dynamic corporate group.

📋 Job Purpose

Support day-to-day HR activities including recruitment coordination, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative tasks, while gaining exposure to overall HR functions across the Group.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment coordination including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
• Assist in maintaining HR records, documentation, and databases.
• Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.
• Contribute to process improvements and HR projects as required.
• Gain practical exposure to all key HR functions within a corporate group setting.

✅ Skills and Experience Required

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related professional qualification.
• Prior internship or relevant work experience in HR is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should have a good attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
