DFCC Bank is now inviting applications for the position of Banking Assistant at their Wattala Branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused banking professional to become part of DFCC’s growth story and contribute to delivering world-class banking services to clients.

📋 You Will Be Mainly Responsible For

• Managing all operational activities at the branch whilst providing exceptional customer service.
• Complying with all policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements set by the Bank and relevant authorities.
• Assisting customers with branch banking transactions and queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Supporting branch operations including teller functions, cash handling, and back-office processing.
• Contributing to the branch’s achievement of targets and service excellence standards.

✅ You Should Ideally

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of commercial banking; experience in branch operations and credit knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Have a fair knowledge of the products and services offered by the Bank.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have a flair for excellent customer service.
