The company is now looking for a driven and detail-oriented Junior Supply Chain Executive to join their growing team.

Job Role: Junior Supply Chain Executive

The Junior Supply Chain Executive will support the end-to-end supply chain operations of EMPL, assisting in procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and compliance. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a qualified supply chain professional to gain hands-on experience with a globally connected company in a unique island work environment. You will work according to Maldives working days and time zone, and observe Maldives public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring supply chain activities across all product lines
• Support procurement and purchasing processes to ensure the timely availability of materials and products
• Maintain inventory records and assist in stock control activities to ensure accurate stock levels
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations
• Prepare and maintain logistics and shipping documentation accurately
• Generate supply chain reports and analyze operational data to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and supply chain best practices
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Transportation, or a related field
• Professional qualifications such as CIPS or HN Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics Management will be an added advantage
• Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory management, or a related field

Skills Required

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar platforms
• Understanding of inventory control and procurement processes
• Familiarity with logistics and shipping documentation
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Working Arrangement

• Working according to Maldives working days and time zone
• Employees will observe Maldives public holidays only
