Job Role: Front Desk Officer – Service Experience
The Front Desk Officer will serve as the face of DFCC Bank, delivering exceptional service experiences to customers, visitors, and stakeholders. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role that demands professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced banking environment. If you are passionate about customer service and take pride in creating positive first impressions, this is the ideal role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting customers and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Managing inquiries efficiently and directing visitors to the appropriate departments
- Handling incoming calls while maintaining high communication standards
- Supporting front desk administration and coordination activities
- Assisting with visitor management and providing accurate customer guidance
- Providing ushering support for meetings, events, and corporate functions
- Ensuring a consistently high standard of customer experience at all touchpoints
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and helpful attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Prior experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, or front office operations will be an added advantage
