Job Role: Trainee – Customer Service

Key Requirements

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field from a local or foreign university
• Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal in English
• Good interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude
• Preferably available to commence the internship within the next six months
• Self-motivated, professional, and eager to learn in a dynamic corporate environment
