Key Responsibilities

• Perform office support functions and data entry for the accounts department
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in preparing financial statements, ledgers, and reports
• Handle document management and filing of financial records
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments on billing and invoice matters
• Support in bank reconciliation and monthly closing activities
• Utilize Excel and Word for reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in office support, data entry, or accounts
• Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• GCE A/L in Commerce or a relevant certificate in accounts/administration is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; basic document handling skills
• Female candidates aged 20–25 years
• Availability to join immediately
