Siyapatha Finance PLC – the fully owned, largest subsidiary of Sampath Bank PLC – is expanding its recoveries team and now hiring for two roles: Recoveries Officers (island-wide) and Recoveries Call Center staff (Colombo).
Position 1: Recoveries Officers
Locations: Ambalangoda | Deniyaya | Homagama | Mahiyanganaya | Mannar | Mathugama | Nikaweratiya | Thambuttegama | Warakapola | Chilaw
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar recoveries or credit management capacity.
- Qualifications in Business, Credit, or Finance are an added advantage.
- Dynamic and performance-driven personality.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Position 2: Recoveries Call Center
Location: Colombo
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or recovery-related roles preferred.
- Passed G.C.E. A/L.
- Strong communication skills in Sinhala, Tamil, and/or English.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
