The company is currently hiring for two positions: Recoveries Officers (multiple locations island-wide) and Recoveries Call Center staff (Colombo).

Position 1: Recoveries Officers

Ambalangoda | Deniyaya | Homagama | Mahiyanganaya | Mannar | Mathugama | Nikaweratiya | Thambuttegama | Warakapola | Chilaw
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on overdue loan accounts and recoveries in the assigned area.
- Visit customers, negotiate repayment plans, and facilitate timely settlements.
- Maintain accurate records of recovery actions, customer interactions, and payment updates.
- Coordinate with the legal and credit teams on difficult recovery cases.
- Achieve monthly recovery targets as set by management.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while enforcing repayment obligations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar recoveries or credit management capacity.
- Educational or professional qualifications in Business, Credit, or Finance would be an added advantage.
- Dynamic, result-oriented, and performance-driven personality.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Position 2: Recoveries Call Center
Location
Colombo
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers via phone to follow up on overdue payments and negotiate repayment arrangements.
- Maintain accurate call records and update the system with all recovery-related communications.
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant field team or supervisor.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while working towards recovery targets.
- Work efficiently in a structured, target-driven call centre environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or recovery-related roles is preferred.
- Passed G.C.E. A/L.
- Strong communication skills in Sinhala, Tamil, and/or English.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced call centre environment.
