Internship Role: Human Resources
This internship is designed to give undergraduate students a meaningful, hands-on experience within a dynamic HR team at one of Sri Lanka’s top-rated finance companies. The HR intern will work closely with the Human Resources department on a range of tasks spanning recruitment support, HR operations, and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team with recruitment coordination, including CV screening support, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant communications.
- Support the maintenance and updating of HR records, employee databases, and documentation.
- Assist in organising employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Help prepare HR reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Contribute to HR policy documentation, onboarding materials, and training coordination.
- Support day-to-day HR operational tasks as assigned by the team.
Requirements
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, innovative, and passionate about technology and learning new concepts.
- Aged between 18 – 26 years.
