Job Overview

Commercial Bank is seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic, and dynamic individuals to join their Retail Sales Team as Retail Sales Associates on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) basis. Selected candidates will be stationed in Colombo and will be offered an attractive remuneration package commensurate with benchmarked financial institutions.

Job Profile

Reach out to prospective customers in the open market to generate new business.
Sell retail banking products using well-structured and compelling propositions to prospective customers.
Identify and enhance cross-selling opportunities to expand the bank’s product reach.
Maintain positive and professional business relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term customer loyalty.
Consistently achieve and exceed given sales targets within set timelines.

Applicant’s Profile

Age between 22 to 35 years (2 years of sales experience will be an added advantage).
Passed G.C.E. (O/L) – Edexcel or Cambridge O/L with passes in English and Mathematics.
Excellent command of Sinhala and/or Tamil languages, both written and spoken, with proficiency in English.
Good outgoing personality with a genuine passion for sales and customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
