What You’ll Do

Support initiatives that strengthen and promote Atlas Axillia’s employer brand across multiple channels
Create engaging content for social media and other communication platforms to showcase the company’s culture, people, and employee experiences
Assist in organizing employer branding activities including career fairs, university engagements, and networking events
Research industry trends and best practices in employer branding and talent attraction
Support talent acquisition and employer branding projects through coordination and administrative assistance
Collaborate with the HR team on employee engagement initiatives and internal communications

Who We’re Looking For

Background in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field
Good understanding of social media platforms and a genuine interest in creating engaging content
Creative and proactive, with the ability to contribute new ideas and fresh perspectives
Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
A genuine interest in Employer Branding, Talent Management, and Learning & Development
