About the Role
Novateq is looking for dynamic and motivated Management Trainees to join the team and gain hands-on training and cross-functional exposure across the Novateq Group. Trainees will be rotated across key departments and gain real experience in business operations from day one.
Exposure areas include:
- Production
- Operations
- Export & Import
- Business Development
- Marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day operations across assigned departments
- Participate in production planning and manufacturing processes related to water treatment and sustainable packaging products
- Support import and export documentation, logistics coordination, and compliance requirements
- Assist the business development team in identifying new opportunities and conducting market research
- Support marketing campaigns, client communication, and promotional activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries for management review
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation
Qualifications & Requirements
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Management, Administration, Physical Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications
- Male candidates are preferred for this position
