About the Role
Selected Management Trainees will be placed within their respective department and undergo a structured probationary period. During this time, they will receive a monthly allowance and gain real-world experience in hospital management operations. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, trainees will be appointed to the permanent cadre of Park Hospital.
This is an ideal opportunity for fresh graduates or those with limited experience who wish to build a meaningful career in hospital and healthcare management.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Department
- Assist with day-to-day financial transactions and bookkeeping
- Support preparation of financial statements and reports
- Help with payroll processing and accounts reconciliation
- Coordinate with other departments for budget planning and expense tracking
HR Department
- Assist in recruitment processes including screening and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding and induction programmes for new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Help coordinate training and development activities
Administration Department
- Provide administrative support to department heads and management
- Coordinate internal communications and meetings
- Handle documentation, filing, and record management
- Assist in facility management and procurement coordination
Technical Department
- Support technical operations, maintenance scheduling, and equipment management
- Assist in coordinating with vendors and technical service providers
- Maintain technical logs and compliance documentation
- Participate in projects related to hospital infrastructure and systems
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or related qualifications in a relevant field (Business Management, Accounting, HR, Engineering, IT, or related)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt across departmental functions
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Sinhala
