We are expanding our Western Province branches and are now hiring passionate English educators across our Horana, Piliyandala, Kalutara, and Matugama locations.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality English language instruction aligned with Cambridge and British Council standards
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for students of varying levels
Assess student progress and provide constructive, regular feedback
Support students in preparing for Cambridge English examinations
Collaborate with the academic team to develop and improve lesson materials
Maintain accurate student attendance and progress records
Work on weekends as part of the standard schedule

Qualifications & Requirements

HND in English with 2 years of experience, or a B.A. in English
B.Ed. in English, B.A. in TESOL, B.A. in Language Translation, CELTA, or TEFL qualifications are also accepted
Minimum 1 year of teaching experience required
A good team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues
Must have a genuine passion for teaching English
Must be available to work on weekends

Work Schedule

One full day and two half days of leave on weekdays
Weekend availability is mandatory
