We are now hiring a Recruitment Officer to join our growing HR team at One Galle Face Tower. This is a rare opportunity to work at the heart of Sri Lanka’s most ambitious urban development project, collaborating with a diverse multinational team.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate recruitment records and talent databases
- Develop and post job advertisements across various platforms to attract suitable candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates professionally throughout the process
- Support HR team initiatives and contribute to a positive employer brand
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in recruitment will be a strong added advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Good knowledge of MS Office packages
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
