Role Overview

MAS Shadowline is seeking bright minds to join as Industrial Engineering Interns (Activewear). As an IE Intern, you will capture videos for non-sewing areas, conduct activity analysis, and maintain an organised video database in support of the Industrial Engineering team’s operational improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Capture videos of non-sewing area operations and processes for activity analysis
• Conduct detailed activity analysis from captured videos to identify efficiency improvements
• Maintain an organised and easily retrievable video database for the IE team
• Support the Industrial Engineering team in data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Assist in creating dashboards and visual reports using Power BI
• Collaborate with operations and IE teams to understand production processes

Who We Are Looking For

• Undergraduates or graduates in Physical Science or Statistics from a recognised institution
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Knowledge in Power BI — required
• Proactive, innovative, and eager to contribute to process improvement
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment at Katunayake
