Key Responsibilities

• Drive bancassurance sales by promoting and selling life insurance products to bank customers and prospects
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with banking partners and their clients
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs set by management
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Deliver professional product presentations and provide excellent post-sales service
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads and renewals
