The company is now seeking dynamic, results-oriented, and self-motivated individuals to join their team as Sales Executives across multiple island-wide locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed monthly sales targets for motorcycles and spare parts in the assigned territory
• Develop and convert new spare parts dealers within the region
• Monitor the dealer network and evaluate dealer performance against targets
• Ensure timely recovery and collection of payments (cash and cheques) on due dates
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and new dealers
• Report field activities, market conditions, and competitor intelligence to management

Requirements

• Completion of GCE O/L and A/L, with a recognised qualification in Marketing
• 1–2 years of experience in field sales with a proven performance record
• Fair knowledge of motorcycle spare parts and the automobile industry
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal, and networking skills
• Young, energetic, and goal-driven individual — able to adapt to any situation
• Age below 40 years / School leavers are encouraged to apply
