Role Overview
Steelmart is seeking experienced, target-oriented Sales Executives for deployment in Kaluthara, Galle, Matara, Kurunegala, and Kuliyapitiya. The ideal candidate will have proven B2B sales experience in the construction or building materials industry, with the ability to develop new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new corporate clients in construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors
- Promote and sell Steelmart’s range of roofing sheets, galvanized purlins, and building materials
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure consistent satisfaction and generate repeat business
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management
Qualifications & Experience
- GCE O/L and GCE A/L
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales, preferably in the construction materials or steel industry
- Strong network of contacts within the construction and industrial sectors will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Possession of a valid driving licence and willingness to travel for business development
