Delmon Hospitality is now seeking a capable and customer-friendly individual to join their team in the combined role of Cashier Cum Waiter.

Role Overview

This is a dual-function role combining cashiering and table service responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be someone who is friendly, reliable, and comfortable managing financial transactions alongside providing excellent table service to guests. Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests courteously, present menus, and take orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages promptly, professionally, and with attention to detail
• Process customer payments via cash, card, and digital payment methods accurately using the POS system
• Issue receipts, provide correct change, and maintain the cash drawer in balance at all times
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area and workstation
• Support the kitchen and service team during busy periods
• Work shift hours including weekends and public holidays as rostered

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role (cashier, waiter, or restaurant service) will be an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy — particularly for cash handling duties
• A positive, customer-friendly attitude and good personal presentation
