The company is now seeking a reliable Transport Assistant to support their fleet and transport operations at their Ratmalana facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accurate records of all vehicle-related incidents including services, repairs, and accidents
• Monitor all vehicle and fleet performance, fuel usage, and maintenance records systematically
• Communicate effectively with drivers, internal teams, and external service partners
• Arrange repairs and routine maintenance for all company vehicles and monitor garage activities
• Maintain Vehicle Spare Parts Stock and update records in the system and stock books
• Inform all branches of vehicle licence renewal deadlines and insurance update requirements
• Ensure compliance with company safety, operational, and transport procedures at all times

Requirements

• Should have passed GCE Advanced Level
• Minimum Credit Passes for English and Mathematics at GCE Ordinary Level
• Previous experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage
• Age below 30 years
• Candidate should be located closer to Ratmalana
• Should possess adequate computer literacy in accordance with the position
• Male candidate preferred
• Valid vehicle driving licence — Mandatory
