Role Overview

Via Organic is urgently seeking an experienced and dependable Farm Supervisor to oversee and manage their agricultural operations in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This is a prestigious full-time overseas opportunity offering an attractive salary package, accommodation, visa, and benefits as per UAE labour law. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in farm management, irrigation systems, crop production, and poultry, with proven leadership skills to manage farm workers and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily farm operations and manage farm workers efficiently
• Monitor and oversee crop production, irrigation, fertilisation, and harvesting activities
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and servicing of all farm equipment and machinery
• Maintain accurate farm records and regularly report progress to management
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standards across all farm operations
• Support planning and implementation of initiatives to improve farm productivity and sustainability
• Manage poultry operations alongside crop and greenhouse farming activities
• Implement modern and sustainable farming techniques to maximise yield and quality

Qualifications Required

• Strong skills and proven experience in Farm Management and Agriculture operations
• Expertise in irrigation systems and efficient water management
• Knowledge of managing both Farms and Poultry
• Ability to implement modern and sustainable farming techniques
• Strong organisational and leadership skills for managing teams and resources
• Experience in maintaining compliance with agricultural standards and regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field is an advantage
• Additional knowledge in advanced agriculture and greenhouse farming would be an added advantage
