Role Overview
MAS Holdings – Bodywear is seeking proactive and innovative Technical Interns to join their team in Ratmalana. This is an exciting opportunity for Textile and Apparel undergraduates and graduates to gain hands-on industry experience in a world-class manufacturing environment. The intern will contribute directly to technical functions including garment measuring, pattern making, and quality assurance, working alongside experienced industry professionals.

Your Role with MAS
- Assist with garment measuring – accurately measuring garments to ensure they meet design and technical specifications
- Support pattern making and grading – developing and adjusting patterns across different sizes to meet brand and fit requirements
- Contribute to customer fit sample measurements – ensuring fit samples meet the required standards for customer approval
- Maintain accurate records of technical measurements, fit evaluations, and grading documentation
- Collaborate with the technical and production teams on quality assurance and product development activities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Bodywear technical team
- Ensure all work adheres to MAS quality and compliance standards
Who We’re Looking For
- Proactive undergraduates or graduates in Textile and Apparel or a related field
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Innovative thinking with a passion for the apparel industry
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team of changemakers
