Role Overview
Quess Lanka is recruiting a Operations Support – Transport (මෙහෙයුම් සහකාර – ප්රවාහන සහාය) for deployment at a premier state bank institution in Colombo Fort. This is a full-time field-based support role responsible for assisting with bus and lorry transport operations, loading/unloading activities, and daily operational tasks related to the bank’s vehicle fleet operations.
Deployment Location: Premier State Bank Institution – Colombo Fort (කොළඹ කොටුව)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: LKR 30,000–35,000 per month (including OT allowance)
Working Hours: 7:15 AM – 4:15 PM
Working Days: Sunday to Friday (ඉරිදා – සිකුරාදා)
Gender: Male candidates only
ක්රියා වගකීම් (Key Responsibilities)
- බස් සහ ලොරි සම්බන්ධ ප්රවාහන කටයුතු සඳහා සහාය වීම — Assist with bus and lorry-related transport operations at the bank
- දවස, ලිපිදාපය වැනි හාණ්ඩ වාහනවලට ලෝඩිං/අන්ලෝඩිං කිරීම — Loading and unloading of daily materials, documents, and cargo onto vehicles
- වාහනවල දිනපතා ක්රියාකාරී තත්ත්වය පරීක්ෂා කිරීමට සහාය වීම — Support daily operational condition checks of the vehicle fleet
- ප්රවාහන කටයුතු නොමැති අවස්ථාවල කාර්යාල කටයුතු සඳහා සහාය වීම — Assist with office duties when not engaged in transport activities
- FMD යන්ත්රයෙන් සූදානම් කරන ලද ලිපි සහ හාණ්ඩ බාහිර පාර්ශව වෙත යැවීමට සහාය වීම — Assist in dispatching documents and materials from FMD machines to external parties
මූලික සුදුසුකම් (Qualifications)
- G.C.E. O/L or equivalent qualification
- Good teamwork ability and excellent communication skills in Sinhala
- Age between 18–30 years
- Male candidates only (පිරිමි අපේක්ෂකයින් පමණි)
- Physically fit and able to perform field-based duties including loading/unloading
- Willingness to work early morning shifts (starting 7:15 AM) and regular overtime
