Internship: Marketing Intern — AIA Insurance Sri Lanka

AIA Insurance Sri Lanka is inviting motivated marketing undergraduates to join as Marketing Interns. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain hands-on marketing experience within one of Sri Lanka’s most recognised and awarded life insurance companies — participating in wellness campaigns, corporate events, and brand activities that reach thousands of Sri Lankans.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team with campaign planning, execution, and coordination activities
• Assist in content creation, digital marketing activities, and brand promotions
• Participate in and represent AIA at external wellness campaigns, health events, and corporate engagement activities
• Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and marketing data reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams on promotional material preparation and event logistics
• Support social media management and digital content scheduling

Candidate Requirements

• Currently following a Degree in Marketing from a local or foreign university
• Excellent computer skills — proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
