Role Overview

VSIS is recruiting a Customer Support Executive to handle client inquiries, provide basic technical troubleshooting, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the company’s commitment to professional, timely service. This is a client-facing role within an IT services environment, ideal for a graduate with 1–2 years of customer support experience who is eager to grow in a technology-focused company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly, professional, and solution-focused attitude
  • Act as the first point of contact for all client interactions — identify customer needs and provide accurate basic troubleshooting or product information
  • Direct complex or unresolved issues to the relevant internal technical teams and follow up to ensure customers receive timely and satisfactory resolutions
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, queries, and case updates in the CRM system
  • Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with VSIS clients
  • Identify recurring customer issues and escalate patterns to the product/technical team for resolution
  • Assist in the preparation of customer support reports and satisfaction metrics

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in a similar customer support position within the IT industry or a related field
  • Graduate or currently following a degree in a relevant field (IT, Business, Management, or related)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English — ability to handle diverse customer interactions with patience and professionalism
  • Basic technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand company products, services, and troubleshooting techniques
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced IT environment
  • Customer-first mindset with a positive and professional attitude at all times
