Responsibilities

Raw material supply: coordinate timely supply of fresh and dried raw materials to production plans and quality standards, and monitor availability

Raw material processing: prepare monthly drying plans, monitor processing and report on progress against quality standards and timelines
Administration: help prepare budgets, monitor operational expenses, coordinate labour and keep records
Reporting: prepare progress reports and coordinate with the Planning Division and other departments
Special projects: support planning and delivery of agricultural projects and contribute to productivity improvements

Requirements

Degree in Agriculture or a related agricultural field
Knowledge of cultivation practices, raw material production and processing
Planning, analytical, reporting and coordination skills
Ability to work with farmers, out-growers, employees and internal departments
Good organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, working alone or in a team
