Role Overview

Sri Lanka Insurance General is recruiting School Leavers for an Outsourced, Non-Sales, Head Office-based position in Underwriting and Claims operations. What You Will Be Doing

• Supporting underwriting (risk assessment) and insurance claims processes
• Assisting in handling and accurately processing customer insurance claims
• Gaining exposure to insurance non-sales operations including policy administration
• Learning how insurance policies and claims are managed end-to-end

Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum ‘C’ pass in English, Mathematics, and First Language (Sinhala or Tamil) at G.C.E. O/L, obtained within two sittings
• Successful completion of G.C.E. A/L with at least ‘S’ passes in all three subjects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute in a team environment
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Western Province
