Role overview

The Junior Executive supports the Modern Trade business by driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships and keeping operations running well across key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales and category targets
• Ensure timely collections and manage debtor days
• Monitor trade credit and maintain healthy customer accounts
• Achieve the Order Fulfilment Rate (OFR) target
• Minimize channel returns and drive new product listings
• Execute customer marketing plans effectively
• Build strong relationships with Modern Trade customers

Candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing or a related field
• A motorcycle, which the role needs for Key Channel outlet visits and regular market activities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills
