About the role

Citypak needs a Data Entry Operator in Colombo to keep its delivery records accurate and up to date. The core of the job is updating the internal system on schedule and handling Proof of Delivery (POD) records. The operator also follows up on billing gaps so every package can be traced and invoiced. Candidates living near Ingurukade (Colombo 14) are preferred.

Job responsibilities

• Update the internal system daily within the scheduled time frame
• Update and sort Proof of Delivery (POD) records on time
• Track billing gaps, find the root causes and email the relevant parties
• Follow up with customers and maintain files, coordinating with internal and external teams
• Support invoice generation
• Ensure packages are properly scanned and traceable
• Assist with other duties assigned by the supervisor

Candidate profile

• Minimum 3 passes at GCE Advanced Level
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Candidates living near Ingurukade (Colombo 14) are preferred
