About the role

Nikro Management Services, based in Liyanagemulla, Seeduwa, is growing its HR team and has three openings at different levels: HR Trainee, HR Executive and Senior HR Executive. All three share the same core HR work. What differs is the qualifications and experience expected, so one advert covers entry-level, mid-level and senior candidates.

Key responsibilities

Assist in recruitment and selection
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and training
Handle employee relations and HR administration
Ensure compliance with company secretarial work and labour regulations

General requirements (all positions)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and in a team
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office

HR Trainee

Following or recently completed a qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field
Basic understanding of HR functions
Good communication and interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn

HR Executive

Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
1–2 years of experience in a similar role
Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
Strong communication and organisational skills

Senior HR Executive

Degree or professional qualification in HRM or a related field
3–5 years of HR experience
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR practices
Leadership and team management abilities
