About the role

Softlogic Holdings PLC runs Dialog outlets as a business partner of Dialog Axiata. It is recruiting Customer Service Officers to serve customers at outlets across the Colombo and Gampaha districts.

Customer Service Officers are the first point of contact for walk-in customers at a Dialog outlet. It is an entry-level, front-counter role, and school leavers are encouraged to apply.

Outlet locations

Kiribathgoda, Dematagoda, Pettah and Wellampitiya
Gampaha, Kirindiwela, Havelock and Kaduwela
Homagama

Working hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, plus a Saturday half day from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Candidate profile

School leavers are encouraged to apply
Below 30 years of age
Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
Professional work ethic, flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
Able to work the schedule above, including Saturday half days
