About the Vacancy

DFCC Bank’s Ratnapura branch is recruiting at Executive or Junior Executive level, with the grade depending on the candidate’s experience. This is a business growth role. You will build the branch’s client portfolio, advise customers on suitable banking products, and manage portfolio risk and regulatory compliance. Exposure to credit is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Find opportunities to grow the portfolio by winning new clients and deepening existing relationships.
• Give personalised financial advice and recommend suitable banking products and services.
• Keep client satisfaction high through prompt service and effective solutions.
• Monitor portfolio performance, manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Work with internal teams to streamline operations and resolve client issues.
• Take part in business development activities and stay current on market trends.

Candidate Requirements

• A degree or full professional qualification acceptable to the bank.
• About 5–7 years of relevant branch banking experience, with mandatory exposure to credit.
• Sound knowledge of financial statement analysis.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
